About Us



Frans Jooste (founder member and owner)


Frans Jooste started his career in the insurance industry and have gained valuable knowledge over the years. He enrolled for the ACII and wrote some of  the exams many years ago.


He was employed by various insurers over the years, some of them which have amalgamated and some which had withdrawn from the scene over the years.


He was employed mainly in the claims division of various insurers prior to moving to Tzaneen during 1993 and then entered into the services of Santam Insurance as a fire and accident assessor. During his employment with Santam, he attended various courses to further his education in this exciting field. He spent some time during this period holding the position of fire and accident marketer and thus have an excellent knowledge of risk management and the underwriting criteria which should apply to a particular risk.


He left the employment of Santam after 15 years of service, at which time he held the portfolio of Senior Assessor, attending to large and difficult claims at their Rustenburg branch.


He then entered into the venture of establishing his own assessing company at the end of December 1998 and which has grown from strength to strength over the years.


Jacoba Jooste


Jacoba has been operating in the insurance industry for the past 17 years.


She was employed by First Link Insurance Brokers for a period of 10 years and then retired from their services to join Frans Jooste Loss Adjusters.


During her time of employment, she held the position of Senior Marketer – Business Insurance and has a vast knowledge of risk assessment especially pertaining to the Multimark III policy.


She has attended various broking schools, training sessions and courses over the years and have achieved COP and ICBS.


She assists Mr. Jooste in administrative work and will attend to smaller claims from time to time.
